âAnxiety is rough. It is a professional when it comes to "sneak attacks" and it can be really good at masking itself until it doesn't. More and more people share that they suffer from anxiety and chronic anxiety of all sorts. Sometimes it's just generalized anxiety and it seems that anything and everything can trigger a response. Sometimes it is very specific to issues that you are aware of; fear of public speaking, test taking anxiety, fear of flying, being around large groups of people, and the list goes on. It also targets adults, teens, and children.
Many folks turn to medication, and/or self medication, because they feel they have tried everything else. Medication definitely has it's place in our society and I never look down upon anyone using it to manage an issue that can be all consuming. However, I am here to offer a different possibility and one that many have never heard of when it comes to anxiety which is, hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy can be an extremely effective tool for those who suffer from anxiety. We can use a great many tools within this modality to get to the heart of the anxiety and to shift the body's mental and physical response to it.
