Hello! I am Brandy Lance, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner.
I have a strong passion to help people seeking positive changes in their lives and my use of Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Access Consciousness creates the opportunity to be of the most help to others.
I first became acquainted with hypnosis by attending HypnoBirthing classes during the pregnancy of our first child. It worked so well to help me relax and have a comfortable birth, that I used it during the birth of our second child as well.
I really became convinced that hypnosis helps heal inner child wounds, and past relationship trauma, when I saw a hypnotherapist myself. After my session, I felt like a huge weight was removed from my shoulders. I felt brand new!
When my children were younger, I stumbled upon Reiki. It was the perfect way for me, as a young stay at home mom, to experience an hour of self-care, physical relaxation, and mental restoration. It helped rejuvenate me, so I could continue to mother my children.

Then, while swapping healing sessions with another Reiki practitioner, I was able to experience my first Access Consciousness Bars session. The emotional release I experienced was incredible and immediate. There aren't many Bars Practitioners in the state of Oklahoma, so it took me a while before experiencing another session. The feeling I had during the first session never left me and I knew at some point I would become a Bars Practitioner. Now I facilitate Access Consciousness Bars sessions for individuals, so that I can contribute to more people seeking freedom from baggage that has created limitations within their lives and prevented them from being who they are truly capable of being.
All of these experiences I have had led me to becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, and a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner.
