Hypnotherapy is as unique as each individual. Therefore, there is hardly an exact "one size fits all" answer to the question of "how many sessions will I need?"
Some issues can be alleviated in just one session and sometimes they take a little more than that. Sometimes one issue is transformed but you have something else you would like to address afterward.
That's why I highly recommend, and offer, hypnotherapy packages for new and existing clients!
I have a two session package for New Clients and packages of three and five sessions for clients who have experienced hypnotherapy with me previously. A package is a wonderful way to experience hypnotherapy and begin your transformation. Subsequent packages can be purchased as necessary or if you would like to address additional issues at a future time.
To utilize this offer for savings, simply purchase a Hypnotherapy package and you will "automagically" have the purchased sessions added to your account. You will receive an email with your individualized code and then you can schedule your appointments using the code after that. You are able to use these credits for local in-office sessions, long distance sessions (depending on the issue we are addressing), or a mix of each.
To help you make the most out of your hypnotherapy package your session credits are good for six months after the date of purchase. After you use your credits or they expire, you are welcome to purchase additional packages (New Client packages are only for a new client but existing clients are welcome to purchase a three or five session package).
If you prefer to purchase one session then know that even one session can cause big shifts within you! Either way, hypnotherapy is a wonderful, positively powerful gift to yourself that you truly deserve.
