HYPNOTHERAPY
When you arrive for your personalized hypnotherapy session, you will be welcomed in to my office where we will review the intake information you previously submitted online. I will discuss the issues you are having as well as discuss your history. I will also explain how hypnotherapy works and why.
After that I will ask you to relax in a comfortable recliner so that I can guide you in to a deeply relaxed state. It is then that the work of hypnotherapy will be done. The active portion of hypnotherapy typically lasts around 45-60 minutes. At the end of that time, I will guide you up and out of that deeply relaxed state and back to full awareness.
Depending on the type of issue you are working on, it may be an interactive process where you speak with me while in hypnosis, or it may be a process where you simply have your eyes closed and listen to my words. Either way you will know before hand and you are always in control of yourself during your session.

Please also know that I am extremely professional and your session is always confidential. Trust is very important when working with a Hypnotherapist and it's important that you work with someone who understands and values that aspect of this work. You should always feel safe and comfortable with your hypnotherapist. This is part of the reason that I require a Discovery Phone Call before initially working with you. It's important that we feel comfortable with one another so that our work together is effective and efficient.
