REIKI
When you arrive for your 60 minute Reiki session, your senses will be welcomed and soothed by the ambience of my office.
When you walk in you will notice the lovely smell of certified therapeutic grade essential oils diffusing in the air. These oils can help soothe the senses and create a wonderful sense of relaxation. They are also free from synthetic fragrances and chemicals which often cause headaches and other reactions.
The oils I choose for you are based on the information you provide to me in your intake form regarding the type of healing and relaxation you are seeking during the session.
I also utilize the dim lighting of several beautiful salt lamps to transport you to a place of relaxation, comfort, and peace.
Once you are settled, we will briefly discuss the information you submitted in your intake form and what you are hoping to receive from your session. After that I will give you a minute of privacy to situate yourself and lay down fully clothed on my massage table. You are welcome to leave your shoes on or take them off depending on what you are comfortable with. The table has freshly washed linens and a comfortable blanket if you choose to use it.
After that, your session will begin. There may be times where I speak with you about what I am doing, or to help you process and transform specific energy and/or emotions that are holding you back. Once that transformation is complete I encourage you to take a mental rest and "check out", pray, or meditate depending on what it is you prefer and need in the moment while I continue to work on you.
Once your session is over, I provide you with a private moment to collect yourself and your belongings. I then discuss what I discovered during your session and make any recommendations that I may have so you can further the healing we did during the session while you are at home.

Trust is very important when working with a Reiki Master Practitioner and it's important that you work with someone who understands and values that aspect of this work. You should always feel safe and comfortable with your Reiki Master.
